Tastevin du Monde is run by Minette Constant MW and includes a number of wine related activities:

  • Advising in the winery, particularly for blending, for example at Chateau de Lisse and Chateau de Cabidos

  • Teaching courses for the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET)

  • Organizing visits to Bordeaux chateaux and wine holidays

  • Giving wine tastings

Wine Blending

I blend wines for two different Châteaux in South-West France: Château de Lisse and Château de Cabidos. I also ensure the wine making process runs smoothly and help plan new vine plantations.

Wine Tasting

I became a Master of Wine in 1995 and I love organising wine tastings for groups: large or small. These can be held at Château de Lisse or at a venue of your choice.
